Chris Davenport, who has been a quiet yet influential voice and songwriter in the worship realm for years, has co-written many of the genre’s biggest songs, such as Brandon Lake’s “Too Good To Not Believe,” Cody Carnes’ “Be Glad,” and Phil Wickham’s “Hymn Of Heaven,” which was nominated for a 65th Annual GRAMMY Award for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song. Davenport is also a writer on Hillsong Worship and UNITED songs “Another In The Fire,” “Grace To Grace,” and “Seasons.” Earlier this week, Davenport was surprised with the news that “Another In The Fire” was awarded RIAA® Gold certification.
