So, the other day I was sitting around thinking to myself…“Self- what are some other ways you can share new music with these guys on FreeCCM.com besides JUST giving away totally awesome free downloads and doing really, really ridiculously good-looking contests? There has to be more than just this!” The wheels in my head were turning (faster than normal) as I listened to Disciple’s awesome new record (which hits stores on Sept. 14th) and I actually came up with what I think could be a good idea….
Here at FreeCCM.com we sometimes get to hear some great new albums way before they’re actually scheduled to release, and I thought it might be cool to sneak you some clips of the songs so you can share in the love too. Of course, you can be honest and tell me if you don’t like the idea, but I at least thought it sounded good. 🙂 That said, I’m going to kick this off with the very album I’ve got spinning in my player right now (ok, I’m really just listening to it in my iTunes, but a disc spinning in the player sounds cooler).
As I said before, Disciple’s new record releases on 9/14, but you can actually download the entire album now on their site if you pre-buy. If you haven’t decided to get it yet, what’s a better way to make that decision than to actually get to listen to some of the tracks right now? Today we’ve got a sneak peak at 3 rockin’ songs from the album “Horseshoes And Handgrenades.” We’ll be revealing new songs over the coming weeks leading up to the album release, so definitely check back for more!
