I love to run. It’s such a good way to relieve stress and clear my head.

I have a confession to make, though… I have been a TOTAL slacker because it has been so hot and because I haven’t really felt like listening to any of the music on my running playlist.

UNTIL NOW. I have channeled my inner-hard-rock-loving-self and it’s been GREAT as my running-in-miserable-heat-motivation.

I spent some time with the Disciple guys yesterday and heard the WHOLE NEW ALBUM that will be in stores on September 14. I wish that I could let you all listen to it right this second. MARK your calendars. You need this album. It’s AMAZING. It will change your life. (Or, at least your exercise routine… and it will make car rides fun again.)
