Matthew West’s song, Strong Enough, was my favorite song and meant even more after finding out that it was based upon a young lady that had a bad car accident & had a lot of pain and problems afterwards and in response to her mother quoting the verse, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me,” said, “God must have it wrong, because I’m not strong enough.” I think this is the answer we all give when someone tries to cheer us with that verse. The song makes the meaning more clear to me.
