For this Favorite Things Friday, we’re giving you a sneak peek at the top 6 Christian albums you need to buy in the next few months. There is some great new stuff coming out soon that you don’t want to miss!

1. Phil Wickham – “Response”

Phil has done it again! This album is going to be great. It releases in October, but you don’t have to wait that long! Phil is running a pre-release special at PhilWickham.com and you can look for the official release on October 4, 2011.

2. Shane and Shane – “The One You Need”

Shane and Shane recently completed a new album called “The One You Need.” The single (also called “The One You Need”) will be on the radio soon. You can learn more about it here.  The Shanes just finished a radio tour to promote this new album! Maybe you heard them in your hometown! There are some great videos here that will make you feel like you were right there with them on the tour. Keep an  eye out for “The One You Need”–hitting the shelves early October.

3. Darlene Zschech – “You Are Love”

Darlene will be releasing her next album on September 6, 2011. Keep an eye out for this Australian worship leaders newest tunes!!

4. Sara Groves

We’re gonna keep you in suspense for the title of Sara Groves’ next record; just know it will be fabulous. This lady loves Jesus and she knows just how to say it! Keep watch here at FreeCCM.com for more information, and get ready for the album coming late October.

5. Heather Williams

Heather Williams is a new artist on the scene. She has an amazing testimony of the way God has changed her life, and she can sing! Her debut album will the shelves at the end of September.

6. Ashes Remain – “What I’ve Become”

Ashes Remain is a new rock band on the scene. They have been around since 2002, but this is their first release under their label, Fair Trade Services. Learn more about Ashes Remain and buy their album when it comes out at the end of August.
