Hey everyone!
This week, one lucky winner will get an entire CD collection from Sara Groves. This includes:
Past the Wishing, The Other Side of Something, All Right Here, Station Wagon: Songs for Parents, Conversations, Add to the Beauty, Fireflies and Songs, Tell Me What You Know, and O Holy Night.
Wow!! That’s 9 CDs!
I want to highlight one of the ministries Sara supports: Food for the Hungry. One of the things that makes Sara so awesome is her genuine love for people that is displayed in her life and music!
“Food for the Hungry embraces an intensely personal and biblical response to God’s call to end physical and spiritual hungers worldwide. This intentional walk with the poor mirrors God’s walk with each of us, recognizing our own brokenness and His transforming grace that brings out our God-given potential.” (Foodforthehungry.com)
Sara has traveled to Rwanda multiple times to aid in genocide recovery. If you could travel to any place in the world, where would it be and why? Answer for a chance to win the 9-CD Sara Groves collection!

If I could travel anywhere, it would be Haiti. The people of that land have suffered so much devastation, and they had so little to begin with. They are a country in need of God - in need of love.
I would love to travel to Israel to see the places in the Bible.
I would love to go to Germany to see the area my family is from and to help my grandpa work on or complete our family tree and research on the family before he passes away.
There are a lot of places that I would love to visit and because I feel at peace the most in nature they are usually places like Alaska, the Amazon, or New Zealand because the pictures captivate me. How can anyone look at the nature there and not recognize God's hand and design.
I would travel to Belize. The people there need the hope that God has to offer. They need his healing hand. My church does a missions trip there every year. I have decided to go with them the next time they go. The people that have gone feel like its a second home and I want to be a part of it. I want God to work through me to reach those people for his glory! The people of Belize are loved by God and need people to go down and witness to them :)
I think I would go to Africa because they need someone to tell them about Christ . I feel that God can do so much through His Word and just by showing them how much God loves them.It would be the best way to show them God loves them .
New Zealand, because it is so different from my state, which is Florida.
I would like to go to Jerusalem and walk where Jesus walked and see what Jesus saw! :)
Honestly, that would be up to God. He is my provider and it would be Him that would make it happen.
I'd travel to Egypt!
If i could travel anyplace in the world, I would like to go to the outter most planet in our universe. There i would see the earth as it really is a very small piece of Gods creation.
It's been a dream of mine to walk the United States and even Europe, to go church-hopping and to help strengthen and lift up communities and church families all over our country (and the world, if it were humanly possible). I think that the root of reaching others is in strong community and in relationships and that would be a wonderful thing to help people grow. God has blessed local churches, but we all need to be better about bringing the local churches into their communities as well as bringing the communities into the local churches.
West Virginia, USA! I would travel to West Virginia, USA. I have been there before. It is absolutely gorgeous. There are a lot of poverty stricken areas and I think that it is very needy. I would love to be a missionary there.
to south America for visit and help mision teams there
If I could go anywhere in the world, I'd want to go to Israel/Palestine because I'd like to help with the conflict between Israelis and Palestinians. Even though I'm just one person, I feel like that's where God is calling me, and I'd like to help in whatever way I can :)
Personally I would love to go to Australia just because there are so many unique things to see and do there, but in a standpoint of spreading the gospel or just helping further God's kingdom anywhere in Africa sounds amazing, I have heard wonderful stories from friends who did mission trips in Africa!
I would travel to Ireland, Because I have family there :)
There are two places: 1) the Holy Land - I just think it would be awesome 2) My grandfather's birthplace in Sweden
For leisure,I would love to travel to many places in Europe: Italy, Greece, France, (they all look so beautiful in films & photos, etc. and it would be nice to go to fashion and cooking schools there and to possibly ride bikes along the country side, to sit and eat and read at small cafes, see the museums like the Louvre, ride the canals, etc.), to go hiking in the Swiss Alps and stay in a chalet, the Nordic countries (they look so clean and safe), Austria (where the Sound of Music family came from!), the Grand Canyon, Disney World, safari in Africa & shave my head like the Massaii tribeswomen and go rock climbing w/ my bald head LOL, to go mountaineering up Mt. Arrarat where Noah's Ark is said to be found, etc.! For missions, in the past, I wanted to go to and/ or learn about and help the most unreached people groups on the planet: Mongolia, China, Albania, North Korea, Africa, the USSR/Russia (the Buryiat people? in Siberia?), etc.
