Meet Heather

HeatherWilliams330x200

A couple months ago I had the pleasure of meeting an amazing woman with an incredible story. She came into our offices, and like a breath of fresh air, she blew us all away…and this was all before she even started to sing. Her name is Heather Williams, and the moment she opened her mouth to speak the room went silent in anticipation.  (Ok maybe I’m over-dramatizing this a bit, but I though it would be more exciting for you that way) Oozing with authenticity, she began to tell us all about herself, her life of hardships, and the goodness and awesomeness of God that is shown through it all. As we all sat in awe, she then moved into a time of song sharing which equally blew us away. Have you ever seen that old Maxell commercial where the guy sitting in a chair gets literally blown away by the power of his cassette tape? Do you even remember what a cassette tape is? Sorry, back to my point- That commercial came to mind because that’s how it was, at least for me, meeting Heather; and not because the music was powerfully loud, but because I was amazed at the power of God shown in her life and her music.

Today I have the privilege of allowing you to get to know Heather a little by sharing a glimpse of her story with you. Watch the video below, and be prepared to get blown away. The girl is awesome, and we can’t wait for you to hear more from her in the days to come.

Laura

P.S. You might want to go grab a tissue before hitting play
